Whether you call it narrative-style photography or cinematic imagery, I love to get lost in the stories of these pictures.
Some of my favorite visual artists masterfully create a sense of story in their work -- as if the photo or painting is a single frame cut from a movie.
It's the feeling of mystery in these images that really holds my imagination. I can look at the picture over and over, endlessly trying to work out the details of the story. Using a variety of camera, lighting and software techniques, I strive for the same sort of result.
